CHINA & MALAYSIA PLANTS
The best-of-breed across custom packaging solutions for consumer products from ideas, designs, prototypes, pre-production and manufacturing to finish product of rigid boxes, cosmetics PR kits, palettes, folding cartons, corrugated boxes, paper tubes, cannabis secure vape packaging, plastic bottles, pumps and sprayers, clamshells, plastic folding cartons, metal tins, paper pulps, and wood boxes providers since 1994. We offer our customers the opportunity to visit our China and Malaysia manufacturing facilities. Our services include the structural, die-lines, plate making, a direct print digital press for short run orders, white sample, pre-production sample, mass production, packaging assembly and an ISTA pre-shipment testing lab, all available within our China and Malaysia facilities. We are G7, SEDEX, FSC, SA8000, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 certified, and we passed the Estée Lauder, Disney, and DIAGEO audit.
Both of our plants strive to source the materials to be environmentally friendly, sustainable and recyclable. One of our plants using solar electricity which allows us to reduce the carbon emission about 210 tons and another plant reduced 387 tons per year.
We are a G7 Master printer, and utilizes the latest press technology to provide the highest quality of printing. All of our presses incorporate closed loop color control and scanning spectrophotometry to maintain color consistency from sheet to sheet. From traditional 4 color process printing, PMS printing, UV printing to special treatments like spot UV, soft touch, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot glitter, magnets, ribbons, special textures. We pride ourselves on our ability to print on a multitude of stocks, including paperboard and plastic, to meet our customers' needs.
