We are a best-in-class provider of custom packaging solutions for consumer products, delivering comprehensive support from concept development and design to prototyping, pre-production, manufacturing, and final delivery. Since 1994, we have specialized in producing rigid boxes, cosmetics PR kits, palettes, paper tubes, flexible bags & pouches, cannabis-compliant secure vape packaging, plastic bottles, pumps and sprayers, clamshells, metal tins, molded pulp packaging, and wood boxes.
We welcome our customers to visit our manufacturing facilities in China and Malaysia, where we offer fully integrated services including structural engineering, die line development, plate making, direct-to-print digital press capabilities for short-run orders, white samples, pre-production samples, mass production, packaging assembly, and ISTA-certified pre-shipment testing laboratories — all under one roof.
Our facilities are certified to G7, SEDEX, FSC, SA8000, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards, and we have successfully passed audits conducted by Estée Lauder, Disney, and DIAGEO.
All of our manufacturing facilities are committed to using environmentally friendly, sustainable, and recyclable materials. One facility operates with solar energy, reducing carbon emissions by approximately 210 tons annually, while our second facility achieves a reduction of approximately 387 tons per year.
As a G7 Master Printer, we utilize the latest press technology to deliver the highest standard of print quality. All of our presses are equipped with closed-loop color control and scanning spectrophotometry systems to ensure precise color accuracy and consistency from sheet to sheet.
We offer a comprehensive range of printing services, including traditional four-color process printing, PMS color matching, and UV printing. In addition, we provide a variety of specialty finishing techniques such as spot UV, soft-touch coating, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot glitter, magnets, ribbons, and custom texture applications.
We take pride in our ability to print on a wide variety of substrates, including paperboard and plastic, allowing us to meet the diverse and evolving needs of our customers.
